Transferring restructuring of Haus der Heimat GmbH successful – insolvency administrator Daniel Goth hands over the operational business to an investor<\/p>\n

After more than two years of business continuation, the insolvency administrator transferred the business operations on July 1, 2019. All jobs in the psychiatric specialist care facility could be preserved, and the care of the currently 59 residents is thereby secured in the long term. This was preceded by a difficult investor process moderated by the insolvency administrator, which also had to take into account the interests of the property owner and the banks involved.
